Program Details/Description
The NewYork-Presbyterian Sports Performance brings together treatment and training services for athletes of various skill levels, regardless of age. Whether you're an elite professional, collegiate or high school athlete, a dedicated amateur, or a weekend warrior, the goal is to relieve your pain, stabilize and repair your injury, accelerate your recovery, and enhance your performance using the latest technologies and proven techniques.
This program is designed to train BASKETBALL boys and girls in 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade.
This is a physical fitness session, 45 minutes of physical fitness & 15 minutes of basketball.
This includes 9 sessions & complimentary t-shirt

Program Details/Description: 5th - 7th Grade Girls League. Each session consist of 25 minutes practice and 40 minute organized game. A coach is assigned to each team and professional referee present at all games.
